Ink cartridge precautions:

3. If it appears If the inkjet is not clear or can not be ejected, it may be that the ink cartridge is exposed to the air for a long time, which causes the nozzle to dry Blocking is a normal phenomenon.Use a soft paper towel to block the nozzle and shake it vigorously, and then wipe it along the direction of the nozzle

4.The ink cartridge is recommended to be used within 3 months

A. What to do if printing is not possible:

1. Check whether the timing belt is off 

2. Check whether there is ink in the ink cartridge

3.Confirm whether the print display on the main page of the startup page is printing 

4. After turning off the printer; Reinstall the ink cartridges correctly

B. It can be printed; but the handwriting is not clear:

1.Check whether the surface of the print head is clean and dry, and carefully clean the surface of the print head with a clean soft paper towel. 

2.When the printer is not printing, take out the ink cartridge and shake the print head down several times. Stick a clean soft paper towel on the surface of the nozzle, and the ink in the box will divert

3.The above operations still can’t be solved, please replace the ink cartridge

C. The screen will automatically stop if it is turned on for a period of time without using it: the screen will light up if you need to click it.
